| On june the 6th,the women's mini marathon took place,so just after 3pm on monday afternoon forty thousand women took their places in order to run jog or walk the ten km for their respective charities,my 14 year old daughter megan was one of the forty thousand and done herself proud in finishing just under the two hour mark,needless to say I'm quite proud of daughter for completing the marathon .....congrats to all the women who took part in a fantastic event..... | |

| One of my work colleagues ran the marathon and she thought she'd end up having to walk most of it but she ran the whole thing. Congrats to everyone who ran. | |

| Wow. I'm totally impressed! Congrats to all who ran it, especially your daughter, Locust! At 14 she did that great? Nice! I myself could not run the entire 15k that I did earlier this year but I'm changing this! Training for my prt to join the Navy next year  | |
