PostSubject: The Book Club posts   Sun Apr 11, 2010 12:23 am

We need to decide what to do with the posts regarding George R. R. Martin. For the most part, the Book Club hasn't gone as I had planned, but there is still conversation going on regarding A Game of Thrones and I don't want to drop something that is moving so well.

So, I'll leave this thread up and the posts where they are, for the time being. Feel free to offer any suggestions as to what we should do with what we have. Thanks!

If nobody has any objections, I intend to remove these particular discussions in the next couple of days.

I have no problem with them being removed. After a while with each book people go over, once it is dead, remove it and it doesn't take up so much space.

It was a worthy idea and experiment, but I'd say that at the moment the Book Club was a failure (not for lack of effort on MY part, since I seemed to be the only one who actually finished the book Razz). I'd say just take it out altogether for now, and just have people use the review forum for any books they read.

I wouldn't say it was a lack of failure due to the lack of interest. I just got absolutely HAMMERED by work in the real world... LOL
